Cancellation Policy
We know plans change — if you need to modify or cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it. After that window, your order may already be processing and we may not be able to make changes.
If your cancellation is submitted within 24 hours, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

We do ask that you try your product for a minimum of 30 days before requesting a return so your pet has time to adjust and enjoy the full benefits.
If you’re still not satisfied, you may return your order anytime between day 1 and day 365. Please note that any shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Damaged Items
We carefully package every order to ensure it arrives safely. A product is considered “damaged” if it has a physical defect or arrives broken. Please note that shipping-related wear to the packaging (such as a dented box) does not count as product damage if the item inside is unharmed.
If your product arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing contact@whiskery.store with a clear photo of the damage. After reviewing the request, we’ll let you know if you qualify for a free replacement.
We do not replace, refund, or accept returns for items damaged due to normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
