Shipping & Delivery Policy – Whiskery

At Whiskery, we work hard to ensure your order is delivered as quickly and smoothly as possible. However, once an order has been shipped, certain factors are outside of our control. This includes delays caused by the courier, customs, weather conditions, or other unforeseen issues that may occur during transit.

After you place an order, give us 1-3 business days to get it all packed up and ready to go. During super busy times like the holidays, we might need up to 7 business days (we want everything to be perfect!). Once it's all set, we'll hand it over to our trusty carrier, and it's one step closer to your doorstep!

Currently, at Whiskery, we are offering FREE shipping on every order, no exceptions!

Shipping times will generally range from 5-18 business days until package delivery. We ask for your patience as we are selling a larger product which drastically slows shipping times.

If you experience a delivery issue, we recommend contacting the courier directly for the most accurate and up-to-date assistance. Whiskery is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the hands of the shipping carrier.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check that your shipping address is correct at checkout.
If an incorrect address is entered and we are not notified within 24 hours of placing the order, we will not be able to offer a resend or refund. All orders are shipped to the exact address provided by the customer.
